At Luzepew, we know that shipping handcrafted wall-mounted shelves requires extra care and clarity. This policy explains how Luzepew processes, packages, and delivers your order, along with the costs and timelines involved.
Luzepew currently ships only within the United States. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. overseas territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam. Luzepew’s focus is on making sure your order arrives safely at your doorstep, no matter where you are in the continental U.S.
Because Luzepew’s wall shelves are made of solid wood and require reinforced packaging, a transparent shipping fee of $150 per order applies. Customers who place orders totaling $1,800 or more receive free shipping nationwide. All costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Every order goes through two stages:
Processing (1–2 business days): Your shelf is inspected, carefully packed, and prepared for shipment. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will enter processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time begin processing the next business day.
Transit (4–6 business days): Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Most customers can expect to receive their shelves within 1–2 weeks of placing an order.
Luzepew partners with leading U.S. carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL Freight, and XPO Logistics, depending on the size and weight of the order. These carriers specialize in handling fragile, oversized, or heavy shipments.
Each shelf is securely packed in reinforced cartons, often with added wooden framing for extra protection. To make delivery easier, many Luzepew products feature detachable components. Inside each package, you’ll find:

This ensures safer shipping, easier handling, and reduced risk of damage in transit.
As soon as your order leaves Luzepew’s workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Damaged items: Contact Luzepew within 72 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
Lost packages: If a shipment cannot be located after 20 business days, Luzepew will reship or refund your order after completing a carrier investigation.
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Customers are encouraged to contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is handed over to the carrier and a tracking number issued, cancellation is no longer possible. At that stage, please refer to Luzepew’s Return & Refund Policy.
