At Luzepew, every wall-mounted shelf is handcrafted with care and inspected before shipping. We stand behind our quality, but because wooden décor items require careful handling, Luzepew applies clear return conditions so that both you and our workshop are protected.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After this period, returns are not accepted.
For a return to be accepted, the shelf must remain in its original condition — no scratches, cracks, stains, or signs of misuse on the wood. All original components must be included in the return:
Shelves, brackets, or detachable parts
Hardware, screws, and mounting tools
Instruction manual and guides
Because shelves are delicate and require safe handling, proper repacking is essential. Luzepew requires the item to be securely packed, preferably in the original reinforced carton provided at delivery. A valid order number or invoice is also required to process the return.
If these conditions are not met — for example, missing parts, damage from incorrect installation, or unsafe packaging — Luzepew may refuse the return or deduct the cost of repairs/replacements from the refund.
If your shelf arrives in a condition that is clearly our fault, Luzepew covers everything. This includes:
Damaged in transit (cracked wood, broken components, severe scratches)
Defective in manufacturing (faulty joints, misaligned mounting points, uneven finish)
Incorrect shipment (wrong model, wrong size, or wrong finish)
In these cases, Luzepew provides a prepaid return label and arranges pickup at no cost to you. Once the shelf is returned, you may choose between:
A full refund (including the original $150 shipping fee)
A brand-new replacement, if available
You may also decide to return the shelf even if there is nothing wrong with it — for example, if it doesn’t fit your space, or you simply changed your mind. These returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery, but in this case:
The customer pays all return shipping costs.
You must use a tracked service and ensure secure packaging (ideally the original carton).
If the return arrives in good condition and passes inspection, Luzepew will refund the product price only. Please note: the original $150 shipping fee is non-refundable in these cases.
Some products cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include:
Custom orders (special sizes, finishes, or engraved designs made specifically for you)
Final sale or clearance items, marked non-returnable at purchase
Products damaged after delivery due to incorrect installation, misuse, or poor repacking during return shipment
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned shelf passes inspection. The refund will be sent directly to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal). An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is issued. Please note: banks may take 3–7 business days to show the funds in your account.
Luzepew does not charge restocking fees. Our support team will work with you to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
