At Luzepew, we believe every wooden piece should be both useful and artistic. That’s why we chose to sell directly to our customers, without any middlemen or distributors. This way, we can fully control the quality, keep our prices fair and transparent, and quickly respond to feedback or special requests.
Luzepew was founded in 2024 by a small group of woodworkers and interior designers who share a passion for wood and the natural warmth it brings into daily life. From the beginning, our mission has been simple: to create “art you can use” – furniture that is beautiful to look at and practical to live with.
Our workshop is located in Bella Vista, Arkansas, at 28 Fenchurch Dr, covering about 2,500 ft² (232 m²). Inside, you’ll find CNC cutting machines, industrial sanding equipment, a finishing room for oils and coatings, and a small display and testing space. By combining modern technology with traditional craftsmanship, we make sure every piece is precise while still carrying the natural “soul” of wood.
Our customers are mostly young people and young families across the U.S., aged 28–45. They appreciate handmade furniture, care about sustainability, and love homes that feel natural and warm. For them, a Luzepew bookshelf is not just storage – it’s part of the atmosphere that makes a house feel like home.
At the heart of everything we do are our handmade wooden bookshelves, inspired by the shapes of trees and branches. We focus on two main collections.
The Ready-to-Ship line includes designs like tree-shaped bookshelves, branch-style wall shelves, and floating shelves. These are made in small batches and always in stock, ready for quick delivery across the U.S. They’re perfect for gifts, seasonal decorating, or quick home refreshes.
The Custom-Made line is for those who want something more personal. Customers can choose the size, branch layout, finishing colors, or custom carvings. A custom project usually takes 3–4 weeks from design to delivery, depending on complexity. This makes our shelves ideal for homeowners, interior designers, or boutique hotels looking for something truly unique.
We carefully select our materials. Luzepew uses pine, oak, and reclaimed driftwood, all from trusted U.S. suppliers with sustainable sourcing certifications. Each shelf is 25–35 mm thick and can hold 40–60 kg, depending on the design. The surfaces are treated with natural oils to resist insects, mold, and moisture, while highlighting the natural grain of the wood.
Our shelves are built to last. With proper care, they won’t warp or crack over the years. Maintenance is simple: just wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth, avoid direct sunlight or excess humidity. With a little care, your Luzepew shelf will stay with your family for many years.
The care for every product begins with the wood itself. We source from trusted suppliers in the U.S., such as Rockler Woodworking (Minnesota), Baird Brothers (Ohio), and Bell Forest Products (Michigan). Before entering the workshop, each piece of wood is checked for moisture (8–10%), grain quality, strength, and stability.
Inside the Bella Vista workshop, wood is first cut with CNC machines for precision. Then it’s sanded, hand-carved, and finished with natural oils or paints. This final step not only brings out the beauty of the grain but also protects against moisture, insects, and daily wear.
Every finished shelf goes through careful inspection: joints are tested for strength, load capacity is checked (30–40 kg per layer), and the overall look is reviewed. For custom orders, the whole process is transparent – from consultation and sketches to production and final checks.
We also stand behind our products with a clear return policy. If there’s any defect caused by production or shipping, we will replace or refund the item at no extra cost. This is our way of showing responsibility and earning trust.
Luzepew runs with a compact team of 18 people (as of 2024), each with a clear role: 3 interior designers, 10 skilled woodworkers, 3 quality control specialists, and 2 customer support staff. Thanks to this lean structure, we stay flexible while keeping our standards high.
Our designers take inspiration from nature and global interior trends, turning them into fresh ideas. Meanwhile, our support team is committed to responding within 24 working hours, whether by email, hotline, or live chat (Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 PST).
All transactions on our website are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. We accept PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard. For shipping, we work with UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver nationwide within 4–6 business days, complete with tracking codes.
With a close-knit team and a clear process, Luzepew is more than just a furniture maker. We aim to tell the story of nature through every piece. Our tree-inspired bookshelves are not only functional, but also small works of art – made to last, made with care, and made to bring warmth into your home.
